Empower Their Words
Father, I'm praying for those who are serving in ministries or are on mission for You...
For those who travel or live abroad, supply translators for them as needed. Enable those who are trying to learn the language to quickly become fluent. May they all speak Your truth boldly to those who will listen, and help those who hear to understand it with their hearts. Let there be no misunderstanding.Wherever they are, help them to share the gospel not just with words but with the Power and Assurance of the Holy Spirit and with deep conviction. May Your WORD be recognized not as the word of men but as it really is—the Word of God. May those to whom they witness accept it as Your truth, Your message to them, and use it to change their lives, for Your Word will accomplish its purpose.
Whenever they have the opportunity to talk to someone, give them Your words to share. Help them speak the simple truth of the gospel, helping them not to trust their own words but in the Spirit who speaks through them, especially if they encounter people who want to resist or contradict what they're trying to say.
