I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom."”

Father, I'm praying for all in this world to have the self-control they need in every area of life...
Strengthen their hearts so we will be holy and blameless in Your presence when Christ comes. Help us make every effort to be good and knowledgeable, self-controlled and godly, relying on the Spirit's power within us.
May we imitate the Lord Jesus Christ in all we are and everything we do, and may the way we live match what we say we believe. May we make every effort to live clean and holy lives, devoting ourselves to You, to prayer, and to doing good.
May we desire more than anything else to follow You, setting our hearts and souls on seeking You. Help us move from strength to strength, faith to faith, and glory to glory. May our love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else.
